Of the respondents, this is due to sufficient amount of rainfall in the second decade of October, which allowed the crops to develop rapidly and to enter the winter in the tillering stage.
Farmers also noted that the optimal weather conditions and sufficient snow cover is established at the moment in the region due to favourable overwintering of the grain.
Recall that according to the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, this year in Perm region winter crops were sown on 28 hectares.
