Changes will be made to the Decree №624 "On approval of Rules of granting and distribution of subsidies from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on compensation of direct costs incurred for the creation and modernization of agriculture, and the acquisition of machinery and equipment".

The new rules will increase the depth of selection of projects: if before startup and commissioning of the object would take only 2 years, now this period has been extended to 3 years. The previous selection of projects to offset some capital costs for the construction of dairy complexes took place in the Ministry of agriculture at the end of last year.
