Ukrainian seaports slightly increased shipments of grain
According to the monitoring conducted by experts of IA "APK-inform", in the period 11 to 17 February this year of the Ukrainian sea ports shipped for export 731,9 thousand tons of grain against 725,2 thousand tons a week earlier
The shipments of wheat amounted to 196.6 thousand tons, corn – 484,5 million tons, and barley – 50,8 thousand tons.
The leading position in export volume among the ports of the black sea basin in the reporting week was occupied by "Transbalkterminal" (104,7 thousand tons) and "Danube shipping-stevedoring company" (91 thousand tons).
The largest importers of Ukrainian grain last week were the Belgium (92,8 thousand tonnes), Tunisia (60,5 thousand tons) and Spain (53 thousand tonnes).
