In the past year, Ukraine has supplied Egypt with more than 5.5 million tons of grain and oilseeds, increasing this figure by 13% compared to 2015-th year. According to information of the State service on issues of product safety and consumer protection of Ukraine, Egypt is 12% in the structure of Ukrainian grain exports.

As reported the UNIAN, at the end of the 2016-2017 MG Ukrainian farmers are planning to set a record for the export of grain – 41.6 million tons. The previous record was recorded in the 2015-2016 MG at the level of 39.4 million tons.

According to the State statistics service, Ukraine in 2016 gathered 65,95 million tons of grain and bean, which is 9.7% more than in 2015.
