The limitation of Turkey on the importation of grain could bring down the Russian market, so we need to reduce the spring crops in 2017, says Airat Khairullin.

"In this situation it is necessary to make a decision about the reduction in the area of spring sowing. If there is good weather and we will gather the harvest in the last year or more, the price may fall twice below cost. How to live and work if you produce grain and sell it in two times lower than the cost of its production?", — said A. Khairullin at the meeting of the discussion club of the party "United Russia" in Kazan.

According to Khairulin, restrictive measures Turkey could be hit hard by grain producers in Russia, considering that today the grain on the domestic market Russia sold below cost due to high yields last year.

"To the grain market of Russia is not collapsing, you need to sell annually exports about 30 million tons of grain plus the addition of his harvest. We have today the remains of grain put pressure on prices of grain today is sold below cost, the problem is very serious", — said the Deputy.
