According to the document, from April 1 to December 31, 2017 rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers exported from the territory Belarus outside the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union (with the exception of potash, which was exported to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Serbia and Turkmenistan) is set at 20 Euro/ton.
The Council of Ministers in the preparation of draft regulatory legal act about the refining of separate indicators of the Republican budget for 2017 requested to consider the provisions of the decree.
