Ivan Lebedev said that the agriculture Ministry is working hard on the adaptation and implementation of tools for the digital economy to agriculture.

Taking into account the priorities of the State program of development of agriculture until 2020 and Russia's transition to a digital economy, the Agency carries out modernization of the management system of departmental information resources. We are holding regular open meetings, at which farmers and representatives of local companies-developers of intelligent systems are productive dialogue on issues of Informatization of the industry. Due to this, improving the effective interaction between participants of the agricultural market and information system developers.

The Director of the Department of development and management of state information resources APK Igor Kozubenko added: "shaping the digital environment of the Ministry involved a wide range of external industry experts and analysts. Thanks to this state policy in the field of management and information systems development in agriculture is being implemented taking into account the interests of all participants."

The meeting presented the results of the use of information and analytical tools to monitor the development of the sector of potato growing, grain production and wool. The participants identified approaches to the organization of the departmental system for the collection and analysis of industry information.
