Ivan Vikulov, the managing partner of a trading company Quorum Capital Ltd (Gibraltar), which works closely with Grainbow, told Reuters that the firm filed a lawsuit in the amount of $1.2 million in connection with the March delivery of Russian wheat to GASC Agency.

Other details were not reported, and she Grainbow declined to comment.

Three sources in Cairo confirmed that the lawsuit was filed. As stated, the claim is associated with a long idle cargo ship with wheat at the port, and also the expenses incurred due to problems with the phytosanitary control. Details are also not disclosed.
