"Already, bookmark for future harvest allows us to predict the level of maintaining the collection, he will decline, of course," said A. Zlochevsky at a press conference Monday in Moscow. However, he added, this does not mean that the new crop will be small. According to him, the reason for the decline is that a record harvest this year led to a sharp decline in grain prices and thus worsen the economic situation of the industry. "The current situation has led to a decrease in processability due to objective reasons, and now the peasants did not have enough money to fulfill all technological activities in the future. Now there is an acute shortage of funding, even to maintain the current level of technology", he said.

In addition, said A. Zlochevskiy, the pace of winter sowing, though not much, but lag behind last year's figures. "However, the issue is not the quantity of winter crops areas, and the risks that will be triggered during the winter, he said. - We risk to lose more than he could, if supported by the current level of technology". However, he did not predict the prospects of the coming harvest, noting that the current situation "does not mean that it will be little", "enough resources even in case of adverse weather phenomena, it is only exports that we can afford," he said.

A. Zlochevsky said that from July 1 this year to date, the grain export has already exceeded 19 million tons, becoming the historical record for this period. In addition, he noted, beat records and the rate of shipment of grain in the country. In October, only farmers shipped about 8.5 million tons of grain, while the usual monthly shipment amount to 5-6 million tons. The growth in shipments, he said, led to the stabilization of grain prices. "They are now falling and in some regions there is even a slight growth, but still not enough," he said. The head of the Grain Union also noted the efforts of the Ministry of agriculture for the export of grain from the more distant export routes of the region, by introduction of zero tariffs for transportations. "The very existence of such programs does not, of course, the market to sanitize, but keeps the peasants from selling grain at low prices," he said.
