At the same time, several analysts reduced the estimate of world ending stocks of wheat in the current season up to 249 (249,2) million tons, however, at 7.3 million tons higher than the figures of the previous season (of 241.7 million tons).

The volume of world wheat exports in 2017/18 MG, according to the report, is 173,8 million tons, which is inferior to the previous evaluations of the Agency (174,2 million tons). Downward adjustments were carried out for the EU countries – to 27.4 (28,4) million tons. At the same time, the rating was increased for Australia – up to 18 (17,6) million tons, Russia – 32.6 (32,1) million tons and Ukraine – to 17 cases (16.7) million tonnes.
