As of March 20 from JSC "RZD" received 526 applications for preferential transportations of grain.

According to the results, 38 meetings of the Commission on consideration of documents of the shippers agreed to export at a preferential rate of over 1.1 million tons of grain for the total amount of subsidies 1.04 billion RUB (16 150 cars) of the following constituent entities of the Russian Federation:

Voronezh region – of 124.5 thousand tons;
Kurgan oblast – 60,5 thousand tons;
Kursk oblast – 87.1 thousand tons;
Lipetsk oblast – 113 thousand tons;
Novosibirsk oblast – 100 thousand tons;
Omsk oblast – 113 thousand tons;
Orenburg oblast to 38.1 thousand tons;
Oryol oblast – 80,8 thousand tons;
Penza oblast – 81,3 thousand tons;
Samara oblast – 23,5 thousand tons;
Saratov oblast – 212,7 thousand tons;
Tambov oblast – 63 thousand tons;
Ulyanovsk oblast – 4.3 thousand tons.

These areas are included in the list of regions from which the shipment of grain by rail at a reduced rate. Grain cargo is transported in the direction of the stations of the republics of Buryatia, Dagestan, Transbaikalian, Krasnodar, Primorye and Khabarovsk territories, the Astrakhan, Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Murmansk and Rostov regions, and St. Petersburg.
