Three million tons of grain have been collected by the farms in the Voronezh region according to 9 August. About IA REGNUM reported in management on interaction with mass media and administrative work of the government of the Voronezh region.

More than 100 thousand tons of grain collected 12 municipal districts of the region — Anna, Bobrovsky, Bogucharsky, Buturlinovsky, kalacheevsky, Kantemirovsky, Pawlowski, Paninskaya, Rossoshanskiy, Semiluksky, Talovsky and Ertilskiy.

All threshed grain and leguminous crops — 978,2 thousand hectares, or 67% of total harvesting area (1456,6 thousand hectares). The average yield of 31 tons per hectare. The highest yield of 44.1 tons per hectare in the Khokholsky district. More than 40 q/ha yield was in the Liskinsky, Novousmansky, Petropavlovsk, Ostrogozhskom, Ramon, REP areas.

As reported IA REGNUM, this year the harvesting began slightly later than usual. The first million tons of grain, the farmers gathered at the end of July. Just this year the region plans to harvest at the level of four million tons of grain.

In 2017 in the Voronezh region recorded a record harvest was obtained 5.7 million tons of grain.
