Barley is threshed from the area of 926,7 thousand hectares (in 2018 733 thousand ha), and produced 3.5 million tons (in 2018 and 2.4 million tons), with a yield of 37.2 t/ha (in 2018 – 32.1 C/ha).

Winter rape was threshed from the area of 67 thousand hectares (in 2018 – 57,8 thousand ha), and produced 141 thousand tons (in 2018 – 101,8 thousand tons) with a yield of 21 t/ha (in 2018 – 17,6 q/ha).
