Stocks of grain in the Rostov region decreased by 12%
At the beginning of November in the agricultural, procurement and processing organizations of the Rostov region had 2.7 million tons of grain, said Rotostat. It's on 376 thousand tonnes, or 12.2 percent less than the same date last year.
