According to the Association "Rosspetsmash", the contraction of output recorded in the segment of automobile semi - trailers-3.2%, in particular, short – 72%, articulated semi – 64.5%, of scrap trucks – 75% of pricelozol – by 83.3%.

The growth of output on road trailers showed manufacturers of insulated semi – trailers- on 144%, trucks – by 54%, ketentuan semi-trailers by 50%, tanks - 7.3%.

On road trailers, the production growth amounted to 5.3%.

Companies faced with higher prices for components produced in Russia, in connection with the increase in the cost of metal and energy, with a reduction in effective demand, with the shortage of working capital. A number of consumers have not bought equipment in anticipation of the introduction of the subsidy program leasing. An additional negative factor was the fall in oil prices, which led to the weakening of the ruble and increase the value of the metal in the domestic market, and increased prices of imported components for trailers.

The Association "Rosspetsmash" I think that to reduce the impact of the crisis on industry need as quickly as possible to run a previously existing programs of state support, in particular, the mechanism of providing subsidies to leasing companies for the supply of specialized equipment to consumers on preferential terms.

You must include the industry of construction and road machinery and parts manufacturers for the enterprises specialized engineering to the list of sectors of the Russian economy, the worst affected in the deteriorating situation with the spread of the new coronavirus infection, established under Ordinance No. 434. Need to develop a new mechanism of state support providing subsidies of discounts for road construction equipment by analogy with the Decree № 1432.

It is important to consider the possibility of granting subsidies to companies specialized engineering for 100% compensation of costs incurred due to the rise in metal prices on the domestic market, exceeding the producer price index of industrial products, established by the Russian government.

The relevant proposals were sent to the government in April.
