Station recycling will enable one of the largest in the Novosibirsk region of breeding plants to become Russia's first full agricultural cycle. This was reported on Thursday by the General Director of group of companies "Symbiosis" Artem Porshnev, representing the station project to potential investors in the framework of the Siberian economic forum "Russia - China: practical aspects of cooperation."

The waste processing system includes biogas plant design capacity which allows a year to develop 16.1 million kilowatt-hours of electric energy and 6.5 thousand gigacalorie thermal energy that allows you to completely cover the production needs, but also to ensure the supply of electricity surrounding communities.

In addition to the waste of cattle every year the plant emits 407,9 tons of methane and 516 tons of nitrous oxide. Therefore, the processing station is even and ecological function.

"The station is well inscribed in the technological process of the enterprise and very profitable for farmers. The introduction of this technology will allow us to create the first Russian agricultural company full cycle, which will include its own production, processing, implementation and management of waste, "said Porshnev.

The project is implemented on the basis of one of the region's largest agricultural companies, ZAO Plemzavod "ermeni". After completion, the company will be able to process wastes of cattle and swine, and dairy and beef production.

The total project cost is estimated at approximately €8 million investment in 2014 approximately €2.5 million

The end of construction when a sufficient amount of investment possible in September 2015, and in December 2015, the station can reach their full capacity. The payback period is three to seven years, depending on the tariff for electricity.

ZAO Plemzavod "ermeni occupies about 30% of the market of dairy production in the Novosibirsk region. Now for a joint stock company fixed almost 21 thousand hectares of farmland. The main activity of the economy - production and processing of grain, milk and meat. In the structure of commodity products milk is 50%, meat and grain by 16%. The company has about 7.5 thousand head of cattle.
