The amount of investment totaled $ 220 million, of which $ 10 million is state funding for technical and technological re-equipment, allocated from the budget of the Republic of Komi. Thanks to the project the company plans to increase production capacity by 1.5 times. Now it contains about 18 thousand pigs, it is planned that in the next year or two the population will increase to 35 thousand pigs. In General, the capacity of the plant is designed for fattening 55 thousand pigs per year.

The new shop has significantly increased and productivity. If the old terms were scored only up to 80 animals per shift, it is now possible to score up to 60 heads per hour.

Animals submitted for slaughter, euthanized with carbon dioxide. This method is considered the most modern and humane. At the output of meat is subjected to shock cooling, which is one of the key factors in producing high quality meat.

The project is relevant because now agricultural producers forced to work within the requirements of Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of meat and meat products", "On safety of food products. According to these documents the slaughter of animals should be carried out in dedicated areas, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, slaughter field, which must comply with the requirements of the Technical regulations.
