The export duty on mineral fertilizers from March 1 to enter will not be. The journalists said the Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov after participating in the session of the Government.

Recall, with the proposal to introduce a 35% duty on exports of mineral fertilizers were made by the Federal Antimonopoly service. Thus, the office proposed to fight the growth rates of fertilizers in the domestic market, which adversely affects the financial condition of Russian farmers. But the Government anti-monopoly Committee members did not support.

For the introduction of export duties on fertilizers spoke and the Ministry of agriculture. But the Government decided that the fertilizer and without having met the farmers, agreeing to keep until June February prices for mineral fertilizers.

However, in December 2014 the Ministry of agriculture has recorded significant growth in fertilizer prices, so the discounts they say in the Ministry, is insufficient.

"In the past (2014 - approx. edition) year in the Russian Federation fixed prices for mineral fertilizers from 20 to 60% compared with the same period of the past (2013 - approx. edition) year. This is because about 90% of mineral fertilizers is sent abroad, in other words, prices are determined in foreign currency", - informed the office in early January 2015.
