"The decision to allocate additional funds was made in the framework of the Plan of priority measures should be promptly executed, especially since in many regions are already in full swing preparing for the beginning of the spring season of field work and there needs modern agricultural machinery", - said Medvedev. According to the Government, the Ministry of agriculture of Russia will be allocated the budget allocation in the amount of 2 billion rubles for implementation in 2015 contribution to the Charter capital of JSC "Rosagroleasing" for realization of the program of preferential leasing modern high-performance agricultural machinery of the Russian production and export support, and in order to improve the provision of agricultural producers of subjects of the Russian Federation of agricultural machinery and equipment for timely seasonal field work.

According to General Director of JSC "Rosagroleasing" Valery Nazarov, every billion rubles invested in the share capital of the Company, will deliver to agricultural producers not less than 450 units.

Rosagroleasing, despite the changing market conditions, still gives farmers the opportunity of modernization on the most favorable terms - interest rate of the company's 3.5 %; the initial fee is 7% (with a contribution of at least 20% - does not require collateral transactions); the term of the contract up to 10 years; the ability to make lease payments seasonally adjusted fieldwork.

The company continues to operate the practice of closing price agreements with suppliers, which contributes to the fixing of the equipment cost that meets the interests of the lessees. Currently Rosagroleasing work with builders of agricultural machinery to the highest possible prices for their products. Currently, there are agreements with 37 equipment manufacturers, 19 of which until April stored rates last year. Consideration in Society are draft agreements even with 24 providers.
