So, 1 billion 650 million rubles was allocated for the payment of Bank interest rates on loans that farmers are attracted to crops and livestock, unrelated to support for 1 hectare - 896 million rubles, livestock breeding - 165 million rubles in subsidies for elite seeds amounted to 100 million rubles, and 1 kilogram of commercial milk - 20 million rubles.

According to Karlin, on account of the Treasury of the region are already listed 2.9 billion and 45% of them have already been transferred to subiectum agricultural business and spent on preparing for the planting season. The Governor also stressed that these funds region the breadbasket of Siberia and Eastern Russia - needed, last year the peasants suffered significant losses from weather conditions.
