In January-July this year, the canneries of Kabardino-Balkaria increased production of preserved vegetables by about 25% or up to 130,3 million conditional jars (MUB). This was reported today by the southern agricultural Agency, citing the press service of the government of the Republic.

During the period released on 14 MUB meats, 2,4 mob of sweet corn, a 3.2 AB marinated tomatoes, 14,4 mob tomato pasta, 49,1 mob cucumbers and 59,8 mob green peas. Just processed more than 40 thousand tons of vegetables.

Today the country is doing a lot of work on the development of the industry. Production figures increase company flagships. So, open company "going Green" in the city of Nalchik increased the rate by 54% to 22.4 mob green peas, and produced 8,9 mob sugar beet. In total the company processed more than 22 thousand tons of raw materials.

In addition, its share in the total production increased the company "agro-invest" and LLC "Conservamom". All three companies have released 105,4 million standard cans.

Today in factories fully finished harvesting and processing cucumbers and green peas, in the near future to conservation are prepared tomatoes and sweet corn.
