The authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria are searching for solutions to problems with payments previously assessed additional excise taxes on alcohol in more than $ 23 billion, which suspended production at 11 enterprises of the region, said Prime Minister of KBR Aly Musukov.

Earlier in the materials of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, prepared for hearings in the Federation Council, it was noted that the CBD is the largest debtor to pay for the excise tax on alcohol. During inspections at the enterprises of the region credited with an additional excise tax of 21.9 billion rubles. The total amount of arrears of excise tax all enterprises of alcoholic branch of Russia is 27.8 billion.

"Indeed, to 23.9 billion rubles assessed, but they contain and fines and penalties. We are talking about the 11 enterprises of the alcohol industry who are not February," said Moscow Thursday, speaking at a meeting of the Parliament of the CBD.

According to him, the regional authorities try to solve the problem together with Federal and law enforcement agencies, as these enterprises are the main payers of excise taxes, from them in the last two years has been 8.9 billion.

"In fact, the additional fact of talking about the fact that we mostly managed to legalize the production of vodka and its implementation. Illegal vodka not be subject to excise duty", — said Moscow.

He said that the revenues from excise duties on alcohol are very important for the budget of the Republic, in particular, for 2016, their share in the tax revenues set at the level of 40% and should be slightly more than 5 billion rubles.

"Since the beginning of the year excise tax paid 3.3 billion. For comparison, for the whole of 2013 was paid only slightly more than 2 billion rubles. This suggests that we conduct with the producers of the work", — said the Prime Minister.
