The Russian government decided to transfer part of the reserves of rye five regions under special conditions - no trades. The corresponding decree was published today, August 16. We are talking about rye from the Federal intervention Fund of agricultural products and its implementation without competitive bidding on the exchange. The maximum amount of grain will receive Bashkiria.

The government reports the five regions up to 40 thousand tons of grain. Up to half of this amount - up to 20 thousand tons - can get the Republic of Bashkortostan. For Tatarstan limit is set at 12 thousand tons, Volgograd region - up to 7.5 thousand tons. Crimea and the Federal city of Sevastopol will receive a total of less than 2 thousand tons.

In the help document explains that the government sells grain "in connection with the increase in the price of rye in the domestic market. Noted the need for these regions for raw materials for flour production and the need to reduce the cost of bread production and to ensure the activities of enterprises.

Previously, officials in Bashkortostan said that this year the region is ready to collect a record harvest of grain - 3 million tons.

Heat waves, which stands in Bashkortostan adversely affects the cleaning of the grain, but most importantly, jeopardizes the sowing of winter crops for the next harvest. On 9 August the head of the region Rustem Khamitov said that farmers are faced with stressful or unusual situation and is under threat, mainly sowing winter rye, because winter wheat can be sown later - "5-10 September."
