LLC "Bryansk meat company", included in the agricultural holding "Miratorg", created more than 1,500 new jobs in the framework of interregional project to expand production of high-quality beef in the Bryansk, Kaluga, Orel, Smolensk, Tula regions in 2016, increasing its staff to 6236.

The creation of new jobs in rural areas with decent wages and social guarantees is one of the key elements of the policy of social responsibility of the company. Today, the average wage of an employee "Miratorg" in the framework of an interregional project of cattle is 35 thousand and is growing steadily with increasing productivity.

The increase in staffing has occurred due to the commissioning of new breeding areas in the regions, as well as the launch of new production lines in the meat complex.
