"Introducing a ban on exports of beef and offal from New Zealand, 6 Feb. We also consider the possibility of imposing restrictions on the fish because it was discovered mercury"she said, explaining that the Agency will take a decision on the fish for two weeks.

According to Yulia in a few words, the detection of ractopamine occurred in the course of regular monitoring of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

Talking about the lifting of restrictions can only begin after the investigation the reasons for the admission of products non-compliant to the markets of the EurAsEC.

Probably, the new Zealand authorities are insufficiently thorough monitoring of exported products, said Julia in a few words. However, she stressed that the abnormalities in fish products has already been found.
