It is clarified that the increase in sales of meat due to the increasing demand of the Federal retail chains as well as with significant growth in consumer demand for meat products of the line "grill" in the autumn and winter, earlier it was traditionally "low" season for chilled meat products. Sale Kupalov in September-December 2016 had increased 2.7 times compared to the same period last year.
