For the second year TSM "ekspokhleb" organizes the event in the framework of the Federal project of party "United Russia" "Russian village". Special support to the Forum provided by the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In 2016, the Forum brought together more than 2000 participants from 69 regions of Russia and 10 countries near and far abroad has become a unique communication platform for discussing important strategic issues of the agrarian sector, demonstration of the achievements of rural areas, establishment of business contacts, generating fresh ideas and finding effective ways of revival and development of villages and small towns of Russia.

This year, exhibitors and visitors will run salons "Milk it" and "Baker and confectioner". At the exhibition, and the farmers ' market of the regional delegation will present successful projects and tell about the achievements of a small country, the large and medium forms of business will show the results of activities and offer for tasting and buying products of own production.

Guests can also enjoy traditional competition of the bakers. XVII championship of Russia on bakery – bakers in prestige among the professional skills contest will be held in the framework of the Second world Forum on bread baking "Bread is a world" which will take place at the initiative of the Russian Guild of bakers and confectioners (Rospik) on the site of the all-Russian forum "Russian village – 2017".

The organizers invite to participate in the Forum of managers and specialists of agricultural holdings, representatives of various subsectors of the agricultural sector, owners of peasant farms and personal subsidiary farms, manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment, feed and veterinary drugs.
