The nineteenth arbitration appeal court (Moscow) confirmed the decision of Arbitration court of the Lipetsk region about a recognition unreasonable demands of the French enterprises to GC "Agribusiness" for damages totaling more than 45 million rubles and dismissed the appeal of the sugar factory.

Also Savelovsky district court (Moscow) decided to grant the counterclaim of Alexander Chil-Akopov, General Director, OOO "Dairy Agribusiness company", OAO "dobrinskiy sugar factory" and to refuse the latter in the lawsuit to foreclose on the mortgaged property. The court's decision terminated the contract of pledge of a share in open company "Dairy company Agribusiness", which is a sugar factory used as tools of interception of corporate control, and the action of the plant constitute gross breach of duty of the mortgagee referred to in paragraph 1, article 343 of the civil code.

In fact, the courts have confirmed our point of view – GC "Agrobiznes" is a reliable supplier for its partners, and the claims of opponents are completely fictitious and intended to select a successful business in their favor", — said General Director of GC "Agribusiness" Alexander Chil-Akopov.
