Trial from this batch of peanuts, to control safety and quality, was sent to study in the Novorossiysk branch of the fgbi "Center for grain quality assessment", where it was determined that the peanut is inappropriate to GOST 31784-2012 "Peanuts. Technical conditions" in terms of "mass fraction of moisture" and "mass of damaged kernels".

Laboratory examination showed that the mass fraction of moisture in the peanuts was 8.2% at the rate of not more than 7.0%, and "mass fraction of damaged cores" – 1,5% at a rate of not more than 0.5%.
