Plans to create a breeding center were discussed at the meeting of the Voronezh Governor Alexey Gordeyev with the President of LLC "Group of companies "Rusagro" Vadim Moshkovich, which took place on 12 April in Voronezh.

"It is expected that the center will include a greenhouse complex, a repository for seeds with automated adjustable temperature and humidity conditions, karahanlis, insulator field. It is planned to produce at least eight highly competitive sugar beet hybrids of domestic breeding," – said in the message.

The center will allow to establish a system of primary seed growing, can meet the needs of the domestic market of sugar beet seed up to 40% on the successful substitution of the imported analogues.
