Russian Guild of bakers and confectioners (Rospik) and the southern Guild of bakers, confectioners, hospitality industry (YUGPIK) http: IV South forum on baking that will take place on 20 April 2017 in Stavropol. The event is supported by the Government of the Stavropol territory.

The forum is aimed at increasing the credibility of the baking, and the attractiveness of bread for different categories of consumers, creating a modern infrastructure, increasing employment, development of bakery production regions in the southern and North Caucasus Federal districts, the expansion of the production of therapeutic-prophylactic bakery products that promote human health.

The program of the event: plenary meeting discussion platform "Production technology and industrial equipment: new solutions" the roundtable", JSC "Sberbank Leasing" and the seminar "the Quality – image of manufacturers and retailers: challenges and solutions".

In the framework of the platform "Guest in Studio" bright representatives of the Forum will answer all burning questions of the graduates of agricultural University and talk about his career path in bakery products.

Manufacturers of equipment and ingredients for bakery and confectionery industry will demonstrate their products, talk about new technologies and will show an exclusive bakery, chocolate and confectionery.

Respec and YUGPIK will bring together heads of enterprises of bakery, pastry and milling production, catering, Supervisory bodies, representatives of authorities at Federal, regional and municipal levels, leaders of local associations of bakers and confectioners, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, ingredients.

The result of the IV forum of the southern bakery will be the adoption of the resolution and the signing of cooperation agreements.
