"Miratorg" is expanding its presence in the Kaluga region

In the Kaluga region the company has introduced in agriculture 13.2 thousand hectares of fallow land and launched four cattle farms with livestock more than 13 thousand. Investment in the project in the region exceeded 3 billion rubles.

The holding company continued to expand production: conducts active construction of five cattle-breeding areas. By the end of 2017 the number will increase to 37 thousand heads, writes the press service of the company.

The company plans to significantly expand the forage crops, primarily corn for grain and silage, and perennial and annual grasses on rangelands in the Kaluga region.

"Miratorg" has been consistently increasing investment in the development of the meat of the project: right now our key task is expanding food supply for a growing population. Sown area in the Kaluga region this year will grow by more than three times. Virtually all the new land that we develop is forested, abandoned arrays, the return of which in turn requires substantial investment. By the end of 2020 at our facilities in the Kaluga region will employ more than 300 people, and the total number of cattle will exceed 89 thousand heads," – commented the press service of the APH "Miratorg".
