The purchases are in commercial networks in the Altai region, the Republics of Bashkortostan, Mordovia and Tatarstan, the Belgorod, the Bryansk, Kaliningrad, Kursk, Moscow, Pskov, Samara, Sverdlovsk regions, and also in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The samples will be investigated by the 77 indicators of quality and safety, including the presence of mold, vegetable fats and antibiotics, as well as in terms of taste and texture. Roskoshestvo intends to identify counterfeit products - the so-called cheese products, which are sold under the guise of natural cheese.

The results of the study Roskoshestvo will publish by early summer.
