This was announced on Tuesday, during a visit to the city, Spade Filippo, the representative of the firms Euroinox, Tecnolube Seal and Tramec-manufacturing equipment for milk processing.

"In February we took samples of the Vyatka milk and examined it in Italy. It turned out that the milk in all respects ideal for the production of Parmesan. Therefore in August we are going to bring equipment and make the first sample for the production of the Vyatka Parmesan" – quoted by his press service of the government of the Kirov region.

According to Filippo, in February 2018, the representatives of the companies will hold a tasting of Parmesan cheese and at the end will make the final decision for commencement.

Also in the Kirov region together with the Italians it is planned to realize project on production of equipment for the manufacture of packaging for various kinds of liquid products. "We are talking about creating a joint Russian-Italian enterprises or Russian using Italian equipment, technologies," – said the press service.

Italian entrepreneurs also discussed the possibility of joint business development in the field of restoration of historic buildings.
