"FGC" has increased transportation of goods in the export areas by 25%
In the 1st half of 2017 the total volume of JSC 'Federal freight' in the export areas exceeded the same period last year by 25% and amounted to 32.6 million tons

According to the commercial Director of JSC "Federal freight" Pavel Stanislavsky, the main driver of loading growth in the export areas is coal in the 1st half of 2017 cars, the Company shipped 25 million tonnes of coal, which is 25% higher than last year: "the Decline in the mines in the coal region of Australia contributed to the buildup of Russian supplies to China and Japan, which resulted in an increase in demand from coal mining companies for the rolling stock of JSC "FGC", including innovative gondola".

Pavel Stanislavsky also noted a significant growth in export shipments of chemicals and soda at 42%: "In the 1st half of 2017 increased their sending such key clients of JSC "FGC", JSC "Kazanorgsintez", JSC "Bashkir soda company", LLC "Henkel Rus". In addition, we have to provide cars for new contracts, JSC "Bashneft", LLC "Tatneft-TRANS", LLC "Kaspiygaz". The total transport volume of chemicals and soda in the export areas amounted to 172 thousand tons."

An increase of 24% was observed in the segment of export transport of metals in the movable part of JSC "FGC" in the amount of cars increased by 37% on the platform by 11%. The increase was due to fleet capacity of JSC "FGC" in the export transportation of PJSC "CMP", JSC "Ural steel" EVRAZ ZSMK and EVRAZ NTMK, Severstal, JSC "Tulachermet". The volume of export shipments of metals had reached 2.1 million tons.

In the 1st half of 2017 also increased the volume of transportation of rolling stock of JSC "FGC" timber cargo – by 54%, paper – 20%, fertilizers – 15%, oil 4.5 times.
