Total production of mineral fertilizers within 6 months of the year totalled 3 144 thousand tons, which is 29.1% higher than the same period last year. The greatest growth showed mixed fertilizers, the production of which has increased 11-fold, to 285 thousand tons.

"In the first half of 2017, the production of mineral fertilizers by enterprises of the Group "Akron" has grown by almost a third, to more than 3 million tons. The record performance was possible thanks to the stable operation of the running in 2016 of a new ammonia unit at the site in Veliky Novgorod and carried out works on modernization of major production at both production sites of the Group", — commented Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Akron" Alexander Popov said.
