However, the business representatives do not support such a proposal. According to the Executive Director of the Association of producers and suppliers of food products "Rusprodsoyuz" Dmitry Vostrikova, innovation may lead to higher food prices.

He explained that if the product comes in a small container, to get all the information on it will not work without additional stickers. The accuracy of the information can be provided only in case of machine application, which will require re-equipment of the enterprise and will entail additional costs.
