At the end of the 2016/17 season (1 September – 31 August), the holding company's subsidiaries processed more than 1 million tons of sunflower seeds, as well as about 14 thousand tons of rapeseed, which is an alternative raw material for food extraction plant and has been used successfully for the fifth season. In the ended season, the holding company also topped the level of 300 thousand tons in production and sales of industrial Margarines and 100 thousand tons of mayonnaise.

- Fat-and-oil market really is the driver of agricultural development. Due to stable and high demand for oil – they are the most marginal crops. The potential of their growth is far from exhausted. We expect the growth of oil production in the Volga region – key region. Production growth was possible, including through the construction of irrigation and drainage systems on which high-margin crop is soybeans. Among the priority projects in the fields of our holding can be called the project GK "Bouquet", the key asset of which is "Solar products", for the development of reclamation systems in the Volga region, - commented on the results of a season the General Director of holding "Solar products" Oleg Podgorny.

"Solar products" takes 2nd place in Russia by volume of production of crude sunflower oil, fats and Margarines for the industrial, 3-th place by volume of packaged margarine and 4-e a place in the market of mayonnaise, keeping the leading position in all segments in home regions. The holding company is in the Top 25 largest owners of agricultural land in Russia, in the management of the holding is 157 hectares of land.
