2017 hits record grain yield. On the one hand, it is a reason for pride, considering that the beginning of the season was cold and rainy in the European part of the country. However, on the other hand, high yields have led to an overabundance of grain on the market and, as a result, a decrease in its value. The price of wheat, barley and especially rice (which was for 9 thousand rubles per ton) are significantly lower than last year.

High yield was the reduction of the Prime cost of grain, feed, and accordingly the cost of production of meat products, - says the main livestock feed Department of pig breeding and fodder production of GK "Agropromkomplektatsiya" Love Gordeeva. – Analyzing the grain market, we decided to take advantage of the great offer, and today has increased the use of peas in feed production. Thus, this allowed us to partially replace the input of expensive protein components (soybean meal, sunflower cake), and the quality of feed to maintain at the same high level.

It is important that the purchase of grain suppliers with high demands on quality. Take into account the variety, moisture content, purity, absence of disease in plants and stuff.

Just at the moment the Kursk Elevator GK "Agropromkomplektatsiya" harvested 105 thousand tons of wheat, 19 thousand tonnes of barley and 5 thousand tons of peas. Now there is acceptance and drying of maize, harvesting which continues in OOO "APK-Chernozemye".

- Corn harvesting began relatively recently - the Director of branch of "Kombi", OOO "Agropromkomplektatsiya-Kursk" Victor Mishchenko. - This week we brought 4 thousand tons of grain. In total it is planned the purchase of about 40 thousand tons of corn in bulk.
