The decision taken on the results of interdepartmental interaction on revealing of illegal channels of supply of goods shipped from the territory of Belarus. The audit revealed that in July-August 2017 in Russia illegally imported frozen fish origin Norway, Finland, the UK under the guise of "fish salted frozen" origin of the Republic of Belarus.

"The audit found frozen, raw, whole round capelin, herring and mackerel, which is not subjected to any processing, including the Ambassador, on the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to the results of laboratory studies conducted in the FORMER Central forensic customs administration of the FCS of Russia. Therefore, the country of origin of imported goods is Norway, Finland, United Kingdom, which are included in the list of countries against which restrictions on delivery of certain types of goods," the report says.

The Rosselkhoznadzor indicates that on the issue sent letters to law enforcement agencies and the Department of veterinary and food supervision of the Ministry of agriculture and food of Belarus.
