Each pig-breeding complex of the Group in the Tver and Kursk regions six months ago was equipped with a special sanitary gateways for the employees. The peculiarity is that the device works on the principle of unilateral gateway, getting in which the person is subjected to automatic processing of detergents. After that the employee of ICS should be in the shower area, and then gets to production.

Now, given that is installed on Mashkinskoye and Zaharovka ICS equipment, pig-breeding complexes of the Group 100% secured advanced system for sanitary protection (just installed 72 disinfection lockers).

- Installation of sanitary gateways is a continuation of the implementation of the comprehensive program for improving the sanitary protection measures at pig farms of the Group, including the prevention of ASF, - told the leading engineer on the equipment of LLC "APK-Center" Alexei Losev. – During the operation the equipment has proved its safety. With this software such complexes are regularly updated to reflect the requirements and wishes of the operating services.

It is worth noting that the idea of the need of the use of such sanitary gateways belongs to the Group of companies "Agropromkomplektatsiya". Basic design decisions formed the basis of the existing equipment.

- With the expansion of production capacity and the emergence of new pig farms it is important to provide the full effectiveness of all newly commissioned and already operating facilities, - said the technical Director of "APK-the Centre" Igor Crier. – Installation of special gateways allows to exclude from entering the production employees without sanitary treatment. And this, in turn, increases the level of protection of the enterprises.

The first sanitary gateways were installed at the pig farm "Selikhovskaya" in November 2016. After confirming the efficiency of epizootic events similar equipment was installed at all farms of the Group.
