The Agency considers inappropriate introduction of discounts on mileage for heavy trucks in the "Plato" in the period of validity of the preferential tariff.

"We are working on this issue and the establishment of new tariffs it will obviously be reflected by the government's decision," — said Sokolov during his working trip to the airport "Platov" in the Rostov region.

The rate for trucks weighing more than 12 tons on Federal highways within the system "Platon" from April 15 is 1.91 rubles per kilometer. Thus, the saved discount fee for freight operators for using Federal roads. Since the launch of the system on 15 November 2015 tariff "Plato" was 1.53 rubles per kilometer. With April 15, the planned abolition of preferential tariffs — a charge per kilometer was to be 3.06 rubles.
