Miratorg has launched a high-tech line for production of khinkali at Russia's largest myasopererabatyvayushiy plant in the Belgorod region. The original recipe involves the use of only natural ingredients: beef from their own farms, specially chosen spices, and high-quality flour for the dough.

Technologists of the plant had to seriously work on the formulation of a new product and spend a lot of tastings in order to achieve a perfect match of taste the finished dish to the best traditions of Georgian cuisine.

"We understand that to win a consumer can only offer the best product on the market. Earlier in khinkali is not used beef, because in our country simply did not have the necessary volume of raw materials. We take only the meat of young marble steers grown on farms "miratorga", - he has a soft structure and a recognizable flavor, thanks to corn fattening.
