The second certificate for the period of three years was issued on three types of products twelve items. The company representatives had a brief tour of the production units of the bakery, demonstrating how the quality control at all stages of production of bakery products – from field to fork.

During the presentation of the enterprise it was noted that during its operation the equipment of the bakery "Yug Rusi" is not just upgraded, nevertheless the main problem facing the company was to use only the classical production technologies of bread. The result of the latest European equipment, combined with domestic bread-making traditions have enabled enterprise products to win the trust of consumers across the Rostov region.

We conducted a survey, which involved 1,500 respondents from across the region, - said Tatyana Savitskaya. The result showed that consumers trust products, which are produced in #GOST`and passed the voluntary certification "Made on the don". This suggests that the population of the area there is an established trend of consumer patriotism to products manufactured on the territory of the Rostov region. Such enterprises as "Yug Rusi", which support the quality of its products and voluntarily certify it, to confirm this. Coming into the store and seeing certified products that buyers can be sure of its quality.

Help. Today, according to the Department of consumer market of Rostov region, the sign "Made on the don" is currently assigned to 45 companies, of which 21 manufacturer of food products and 17 industrial and also seven participants that provide catering services.
