According to scientists, this method activates an ancient part of the DNA – with its help, the plants begin to grow faster even in the cold climate of Japan. In addition, bananas here have no natural enemies, so farmers do not use pesticides.

Currently D&T Farm produces only about 10 bananas a week. New fruit already give the bloggers who said that bananas are really unique: they really are sweet, their flavor is richer, and the taste resembles the taste of pineapple. The peel is a little more bitter compared to the pulp, however, if you have them together, it's not very noticeable, as the flavor is averaged out. In the peel of bananas contains large amounts of vitamins B6, magnesium and tryptophan, as well as feedstock for the production of serotonin.
