PJSC "Akron" at the production site in Veliky Novgorod is implementing a project on capacity total capacity units of NPK up to 5000 MT/day. Works completion is scheduled for Q3 2019. Investment in the project will exceed 700 million rubles.

Technical re-equipment will allow to increase the design capacity of both units of NPK by 36%. While the annual volume of production of complex mineral fertilizers will grow by more than 450 thousand tons and will exceed 1.7 million tons.

The project will be the modernization of the water cycle VI-12, installed new high-tech equipment of the company Solex, conducted the installation of a cooling unit of the finished product, as well as four molds made own mechanical production. Among the priorities of 2018 – installation of both units of the plant with a new heat exchanger for cooling the ammonia water and nitric acid.

Currently, the production of complex fertilizers in Veliky Novgorod is underway on two units with total capacity of 1.2 million tons per year. Also, the Acron Group produces NPK at the company "Dorogobuzh" (Smolensk region). Total production capacities of the company amount to more than 1.8 million tons of product per year. The results of the project the total capacity will reach more than 2.3 million tons.
