The energy Ministry has been asked to fix the price of fuel at the time of sowing
OST fuel prices by 7% by the end of 2017, and further growth could adversely affect the sowing, so the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation requests the Ministry of energy to consider the question of fixing prices for fuel for farmers, said agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev.

"We have asked the energy Ministry with a proposal to fix prices for fuel (for farmers — ed.) for the period of spring field works", — said Tkachev, speaking at the government hour in the Federation Council.
"Gasoline prices over the past year increased by 7%, which is almost 3 times higher than inflation. Summer diesel fuel has risen by 18% winter 14%", — the Minister reminded.
He also noted that the Ministry expects "that the price of fuel stabiliziruemost and will not create serious difficulties during the planting season".
