The event was organized in Moscow by the Union of insurers "Uralo-the Siberian agreement" and the National insurance Guild. It was attended by representatives of the Bank of Russia, Finance Ministry, the Russian Union of insurers, Russian Union of insurers, Russian national reinsurance company (Republic popular).

"Insurance selkhozizdat on the conditions of state support is particularly specific, but small insurance companies may enter into this business, especially in regions where it is not currently active major insurers, and there is a demand for active participation of small insurance companies, said the Roots of biggov. – Let me remind you that in 2016 in Russia, the agricultural insurance with state support is carried out according to common rules and standards. NSA provides its members with a whole set of standard procedures and documents necessary for them for this type of insurance."

The roots of Beidou noticed that in the NSA already has a regional insurance company that accepts insurance risks of the farmers within one or two regions. However, they occupy a leading place in the markets of agricultural insurance in their regions. "However, regional insurance company should adequately assess risks and the need for reinsurance protection because in the event of adverse weather conditions an insurance case can come right from a large number of farmers. This is one of the areas of interaction in which NSA and Republic popular can find the necessary joint decisions", – stressed Roots of biggov.

From 1 January 2016 at the market of agricultural insurance with state support is a single national Association, the national Union of agricultural insurers. Insurance companies, who are members of the NSA, from 1 January 2016 are not eligible to enter into contracts of insurance with state support. The creation of a centralized system of agricultural insurance in the Russian Federation is provided by Federal law 22.12.2014 No. 424-FZ on amendments to the Law "On state support in agricultural insurance..." №260-FZ.
