The CPS in 2017, conducted a study of more than 75 thousand samples of bakery products, the results of this test were rejected 1330 parties totaling more than 6 tons, the press service of the Ministry.

"For 2017 1330 rejected batches of bakery products totaling more than 6 thousand kilograms," — said in the message.

As explained in the CPS, the main causes of rejection of bread and bakery products were the poor results of organoleptic and microbiological studies, including the presence of "potato disease" of bread, soggy crumb and high humidity.

At the same time, the Agency notes that over the past five years recorded a decline in the share of bakery products that do not meet safety criteria.
