The Board of Directors of OJSC PhosAgro has recommended that the annual General meeting of shareholders to decide on dividend payment in the amount 1,943 billion rubles at the rate of 15 rubles per ordinary share (or 5 rubles per global Depositary receipt) from undistributed net profit for 2017

The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on 30 may 2018.

The closing date for participation is determined on may 5, 2018.

The meeting also discussed the main results of the work of the Company in 2017: the results of its production activities, material aspects of activity of the enterprises entering into Group "FosAgro" and responsible for the implementation of mineral fertilizers in 2017. In addition, were presented for approval at the annual shareholders ' meeting annual report "FosAgro" for 2017.

The Board of Directors has recognized the successful operational and financial performance of the company in 2017.
